Sit down
The seat sensor arms the unit. Nothing sprays while nobody is sitting — that's a safety requirement, not a trick.
Choose your wash
Rear, front, or oscillating. Set spray position and pressure on the side panel; the remote keeps your two favourites one tap away.
Warm-air dry & walk away
Adjustable warm-air drying cuts how much toilet paper you use — you will still keep some on hand, just far less of it. The nozzle self-rinses and the seat closes slowly behind you.

Before you buy
Where can I buy the BI D'EAU bidet in Canada?
Through our Amazon.ca listing, which ships with Prime across all ten provinces. Our own store at shop.bideaucanada.com is opening later — join the list above and you'll hear first. Buying on Amazon also gives you their A-to-z returns process, which is genuinely useful on a fixture like this.
Do I need a plumber or an electrician?
A plumber, no — the tee and hose are in the box and it connects to the same 3/8" supply your toilet already uses. An electrician, only if you don't already have a grounded outlet near the toilet. A standard GFCI bathroom outlet is all the unit needs; it does not need a dedicated circuit.
Will it fit my toilet?
It fits standard elongated and round toilets with a 12" rough-in — which is the overwhelming majority of Canadian homes. Measure the distance from the two seat bolt holes to the front rim: roughly 18.5" is elongated, roughly 16.5" is round. Our fit guide walks you through it in five minutes.
How much does it cost to run?
Only a few dollars a month for a typical household. The seat heater is the main continuous load, and you can turn it off in summer — the wash and dryer only draw power while they run.
What about warranty and returns?
One year on parts and labour. Returns are handled through Amazon.ca within 30 days, unopened or opened — and if something fails after that, email us and we'll ship the part rather than making you buy a new unit. In Quebec, the legal warranty under the Consumer Protection Act applies on top of ours.
