How fast do you reply?
Usually the same business day, and always within one business day. If your unit is leaking or a return is time-sensitive, put "URGENT" in the subject and it goes to the front.
Where do I return a product?
Orders ship from Amazon.ca, so returns go through Amazon within 30 days — start it from your Amazon account's order page and they handle the label. You do not need to ship anything back to us.
Do you sell direct?
Not yet. Our own store at shop.bideaucanada.com opens once our Canadian fulfilment and inventory are in place. Until then, Amazon.ca is the fastest and safest place to buy, and you get their return protection.
Can I get spare parts and filters?
Yes — filters, supply hoses, nozzles and remotes are all available. Email your Amazon order number and what you need; in most cases we send it at no charge within the first year.
Is the site available in French?
Yes. Use the EN / FR switch in the header on any page, and write to us in French if you prefer — we will answer in French.
